Russell wrote the software for Smart Certs initially as a tool for his own electrical business. He quickly realized it would be useful for other electricians to be able to access the same services and re wrote it to enable other users on the platform. He believes in keeping things simple. Coc's need to be easy and quick to fill in and should be organized in such a way that everything is easy to access in the future. He hopes other electricians will see the value in using Smart Certs within their own businesses and offers the use of the software for a very competitive price compared to other services available out there.
